YONO means You Only Need One. The State Bank of India launched a mobile application SBI YONO for all retail customers. This digital mobile banking application enables users to perform various banking activities including fund transfer, view account statements, order a checkbook, stop cheque payment, pay credit card bills, do online recharge, monitor account activities, and more. The application is available free of charge for both the Play Store and the iOS store. You just need to install and activate SBI YONO and manage your bank account on the mobile phone.

How to apply for reissue of SBI ATM Debit Card via YONO app:

Step 1: Log on to YONO App. Step 2: Now select the option ‘Service Request’ and tap on Block ATM/ Debit Card. Step 3: Enter your internet banking profile password and tap on next.

Step 4: Now Select the Account with which the card is associated. Step 5: Then select the ‘card number’ and the ‘reason to block the card’.

How to download the SBI YONO app:

• Head over to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your Android or iOS device respectively.
• Search for “YONO SBI” and download the app named “YONO SBI: The Mobile Banking and Lifestyle App!”
• Once downloaded, open the app, and it will greet you with the set of features it has on offer
• If you are an existing customer, tap on the Existing Customer tab else tap on the “New to SBI” option.
• Existing SBI customers can log in using their internet banking credentials or using the registered ATM card. They can even register for YONO by providing complete account details. New customers, on the other hand, will need to fill a form.
